    Year Up United offers an immersive job training program designed to empower young adults with essential skills for professional success. Participants engage in classroom learning, gain access to valuable internships, and receive individualized coaching and mentorship. Additionally, students earn an educational stipend during their internship phase.

    The program encompasses focused training in technical and professional competencies, coupled with internship opportunities at prestigious companies, including Bank of America, New York Life Insurance Company, and JPMorgan Chase, among others.

    Eligibility Requirements:
    You can apply to Year Up United if you meet the following criteria:
    - You are a high school graduate or GED recipient
    - You are eligible to work in the U.S.
    - You are available Monday to Friday for the program duration
    - You are driven to learn technical and professional skills
    - You have not earned a Bachelor's degree
    - Additional screening questions may be required upon application

    What You Will Gain:
    This program offers a robust foundation in professional business and communication skills, interview preparation, networking techniques, and resume development. Throughout the internship, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
