Your Challenge:

  • Participation in the development of personnel costs and personnel ancillary cost planning, including their control and analysis
  • Organization and completion of all tasks in preparation for payroll processing by an external service provider
  • Maintenance of master data and organizational management in the payroll system
  • Development of regular monthly statistics and analyses
  • Contact person for personnelrelated questions (internal and external)
  • Management of the personnel management system
  • Participation in personnel projects
  • Other tasks in the personnel area as needed
  • Obligation to participate in the implementation of QSU management according to job duties

Your Profile:

  • University or technical college degree, preferably in a business administration field
  • Indepth knowledge in the areas of personnel management, personnel planning, personnel cost planning, personnel recruitment and development
  • Proficient in relevant software and general office software
  • Several years of experience in personnel management
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
