Description
We are seeking reinforcements in full-time and part-time positions for our outpatient integration assistance at Manatee Road. We provide support for individuals with intellectual and emotional disabilities (mental illness, addiction). SOCIAL WORKER / SOCIAL PEDAGOGUE (M, W, D) FOR OUTPATIENT SUPPORTED LIVING.


SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Supporting, accompanying, and guiding clients in all areas of daily life, such as handling administrative matters, accompanying them to specialist doctors and services, household tasks, and shopping, etc

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed degree
  • Ability and willingness to think and act in a process-oriented and goal-oriented manner
  • Good time and self-management skills
  • Knowledge of the support concept is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Resilience and organizational skills
  • Driver's license class
