- Full-Time/RegularCALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employeeowned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation Company, is currently seeking a driven and motivated Government Account Manager to join our fastgrowing Tools, Technologies, and Solutions (TT&S) team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, offering leading partner products and CALIBRE services in data analytics, data platforms, cybersecurity, and cloud computing to clients in the US Government market.
As a Government Account Manager, you will be responsible for go-to-market development, account planning, and execution to achieve revenue targets.
You will play a key role in prospecting and generating leads, developing and executing marketing campaigns, conducting meetings with customers to identify needs and solutions, working with partners to develop business opportunities, maintaining partner sales certifications, and keeping the CRM system up to date with all data related to the sales process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating leads through account planning, research, and participating in industry events.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conducting in person or online meetings with customers to identify needs and solutions.
- Working with partners to develop business opportunities.
- Maintaining partner sales certifications by partner training.
- Keeping the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system up to date with all data related to the sales process.
Required Skills:
- Passion for selling.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detailoriented.
- Bachelor's degree with a preference for marketing, business administration, communications, or technology field.
- Experience working with partner vendors.
- Experience with technology product and solution business development in the US Federal Government market, if possible.
