Position:
Head of Internal Audit (m/f/d)


What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing the internal audit department with two employees, taking into account legal requirements and guidelines
  • Analyzing, implementing, and optimizing internal control systems, processes, and structures, and designing efficient internal control and monitoring systems
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and recommending measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial and technical business processes and risk management to ensure compliance with supervisory requirements in the mentioned audit areas
  • Responsible for and accompanying the compliant internal audit and providing advice based on the internal audit plan, and conducting special audits in coordination with the management after a prior risk analysis
  • Independently preparing recipientoriented documentation of audit results with corresponding assessment, communication, and followup control
  • In this role, you will report directly to the spokesperson of the management.

What you bring:

  • A university degree (e.g., Master's, Magister, University Diploma),
