Job Summary:
Nielsen Nissan of Denville is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling our wide range of new and used vehicles to customers, while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry, located in Denville, New Jersey.


Compensation & Benefits:
The Sales Consultant position offers a competitive compensation package of base salary plus commission. The annual salary range for this role is $50,000 to $125,000, Yearly.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate and showcase new and used vehicles to customers
  • Conduct test drives and provide vehicle demonstrations to potential buyers
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships with current customers
  • Stay uptodate on current market trends and product knowledge
  • Work closely with the finance department to secure financing for customers
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and seamless dealership experience for customers

Requirements:


  • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic sales environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual a plus
