Since May 2021, intro CAFÉ has been located at Karlsruhe's Kronenplatz, founded with the goal of living gastronomy differently - creating a space where guests and employees feel comfortable, sustainability is a priority, and values are not just sold, but lived.


As the number and scope of our catering services continue to increase, we are in need of support and are looking for a full-time catering assistant in West End-Cobb Town, AL.


We are a young company and despite initial challenges due to the pandemic, we are growing - both in terms of personnel and structure, as well as in relation to our vision.

We value flat hierarchies and are currently experimenting with new structures that offer a lot of room for participation. Everyone who is part of intro is encouraged to work independently and decisions are made democratically as a team.

We are not perfect and are still learning, but you have the opportunity to learn and shape the company with us.

This would be your job:


  • Assisting with communication with event organizers and planning of catering services
  • Creating offers
  • Main task: conducting catering services (preparations, cooking in the kitchen, setting up and supervising the buffet, clearing and washing dishes, dismantling)
  • Creating and sending invoices.
