- Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments of students' academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns
- Develop and implement virtual intervention plans for students with academic and mental health concerns
- Review and analyze the results of assessments and develop detailed reports to guide interventions and recommendations
- Communicate regularly with school staff and parents/guardians regarding treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide virtual mental health services, including counseling, therapeutic interventions, and behavioral support, to students through a secure teleconferencing platform
- Conduct individual and group virtual therapy sessions, as appropriate
- Develop and deliver virtual professional development and training sessions for teachers, administrators, and staff on mental health topics, such as stress management and mental health awareness.
- Utilize technology to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
Must have active license in school psychology for the state of TN- Experience working with students in a virtual learning environment
- Proficient in using teleconferencing platforms for virtual assessments and therapy sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage caseloads
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to telepractice
- Experience with school-based counseling and intervention programs

Virtual School Psychologist
Job Overview:
As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will provide telepsychology services to students in a virtual learning environment.
You will coordinate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to assess and support the social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs of students.
You will deliver virtual therapy/counseling sessions and utilize technology to conduct assessments, evaluations, and consultations.In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable about state and federal regulations and policies governing online school practices.
