- Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting company events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Create compelling promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and social media posts, to attract attendees and generate excitement.
- Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue booking, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- Engage with event attendees to provide information about our products/services and collect feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of event plans and objectives.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field preferred.
