    Job DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role:
    As an Event Promotions Assistant at Lift Forward Direct, you'll play a vital role in promoting our company's events and initiatives. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and assist in executing successful events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting company events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
    • Create compelling promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and social media posts, to attract attendees and generate excitement.
    • Coordinate logistics for events, such as venue booking, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
    • Engage with event attendees to provide information about our products/services and collect feedback.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of event plans and objectives.
    • Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in event planning, promotions, or related field preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field preferred.
