We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Embarrass, WI. This position is initially limited to 24 months.

Your responsibilities will include:
The job holder (m/f/d) will work as a project coordinator in the production department for A350 and A330 aircraft.

In this role, you will coordinate small improvement projects in the areas of digitalization, occupational safety, and sustainable production processes.

Working closely with management and production, you will develop and implement concepts for improvement. This includes project planning, concept creation and implementation, as well as reporting on all ongoing projects.

  • Implementation and reporting of measures to improve occupational safety, including budget management in collaboration with the occupational safety specialist
  • Support in the conception and execution of safety days and campaigns
  • Idea development for energy saving in the production hall and implementation
  • Implementation of projects within the framework of continuous improvement
  • Analysis and improvement of productionrelated processes
  • Coordination and commissioning of service providers in the production area

Your qualifications:

  • Technical education (at least a master's degree) or a completed degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in the areas of occupational safety, production, IT, and process improvement desired
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Knowledge of project management
  • English skills (at least B2 level)
