- Rapidly respond to traffic incidents when dispatched by the Tunnel Operator.
- Set up and remove Traffic Control Zones.
- Support law enforcement with traffic management.
- Maintain cleanliness of incident response vehicles.
- Ensure highways and medians are litter-free.
- Repair potholes, replace striping, and work with asphalt and concrete.
- Maintain roadway assets and equipment.
- Repair roadside features like signs, guardrails, and lighting.
- Maintain slopes, culverts, drains, etc.
- Keep mechanical assets in good condition.
- Transport crew and equipment to work sites.
- Available for overtime and emergency response.
- Adhere to Company policies and regulations.
- Comply with legal requirements.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Knowledge of roadway maintenance.
- Familiarity with materials and tools used in construction.
- Operate hand power tools effectively.
- Identify and avoid potential hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Basic math skills.
- Read and understand manuals and instructions.
- Flexible work hours.
- Detail-oriented.
- Practice safety at work.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years in maintenance work.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- CDL Class A required.
- Electrical and Welding Certification preferred.
- Background in CDL Class A driving preferred.
- Required certifications within specified durations.
