- Must be a Pediatrics Physical or Occupational Therapist with minimum 7 years of experience
- Experienced in managing a team of 10+ staff therapists for at least 2 years in outpatient rehabilitation
- Managed a team of 8+ full-time staff therapists in the pediatrics department (STs, OTs, PTs)
- Compensation up to $120K inclusive of bonuses
- Relocation or sign-on bonus up to $10,000 or full certification coverage within 36 months
- 4 weeks of paid time off including holidays
