Job Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative at Dempsey Uniform, you'll be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business and nurturing relationships with existing clients in the Greater Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

area. With a focus on driving sales and exceeding targets, you'll represent Dempsey with professionalism and determination.

What You'll Do:

Hunt for new clients through strategic cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations and captivating product demonstrations.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate insightful reports.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of success.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
A relentless competitive spirit and a commitment to achieving victory in every endeavor.
Residency in or close proximity to the vibrant Washington D.C., Alexandria, VA, or Baltimore, MD areas.

Base pay plus commission ($50-70,000 Base)
