Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative at Dempsey Uniform, you'll be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business and nurturing relationships with existing clients in the Greater Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
area. With a focus on driving sales and exceeding targets, you'll represent Dempsey with professionalism and determination.Location:
Baltimore, MD \u007C Washington, D.C. \u007C Norther Virginia
What You'll Do:
- Hunt for new clients through strategic cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and captivating product demonstrations.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate insightful reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Residency in or close proximity to the vibrant Washington D.C., Alexandria, VA, or Baltimore, MD areas.
