WE ARE LOOKING
For our rapidly growing ORENDT Group, we are currently seeking a Producer (m/f/d) full-time/part-time in a permanent position.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You plan the production processes for still and life shootings and keep them in mind
  • You have operational responsibility for the execution of photo and media productions in the studio
  • You monitor processes and KPIs
  • You are the first point of contact for clarification cases during production for internal employees and the client
  • You are the operational contact person for your client and work with your account manager on overarching client issues
  • You are the main point of contact for our departments and production teams and act as a liaison between departments
  • You work closely with our operational controlling team

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience in the field of photo and media production
  • You feel at home in a large studio environment or agency setting
  • In addition to handling daytoday business, you enjoy optimizing structures and workflows
  • You are a team player, take initiative, are committed, and take responsibility
  • You are organized, structured, flexible, decisive, and resilient
  • You can communicate at all levels and are personable, competent, and persuasive, with the ability to inspire others and multiply ideas within the team
  • You enjoy working on the computer and can work well in a team, but also independently on clientspecific tasks
  • You have a technical understanding and are proficient in MS Office
