We specialize in treating clients suffering from addiction as they withdraw from their substance use, and transition to Residential programming.

Promoting a healthy environment for addicts seeking recovery from addiction, in a luxury setting.


At Our facility you will:

DUTIES:
include

• Provide professional individual and case management services to patients
• Complete detox assessments and vitals
• Maintain patient charts and document all counseling services according to local, state and federal regulations
• Follow supervision of Clinic Management
• Facilitate group therapy sessions (as needed) to ensure participation from each patient
• Refer patients to outside community supportive services when necessary
• Conduct intakes, discharge planning, initial needs assessments in a professional manner
• Conduct Outgoing Shift Change Meeting with oncoming shift.
• Conduct weekly UA tests.
• Provide transportation to and from group/AA meetings
• Perform vital and rounds checks
• Observe medication administration
• Offer support and comfort in a safe comfortable luxurious setting
