Description
Are you service-oriented, have a sunny and open-minded personality, and can imagine being one of the first faces for visitors and the "official voice" of the toolcraft telephone center on a part-time basis? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
Responsibilities
- In our visitor management, you will be responsible for welcoming and taking care of national and international guests, customers, business partners, and applicants
- You will independently handle the care of our telephone center and the internal forwarding of calls
- You will also be responsible for visitor hospitality, as well as coordination and preparation of rooms
- You will support the executive board and sales team with various administrative and organizational tasks
- In addition, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail and managing our fleet
Requirements and Skills
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or training in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in customer service or the service sector
- You are able to support us for approximately 20 hours per week, preferably in the afternoons during our business hours (Mon. - Thurs.: 6:30 am to 5:00 pm and Fri.: 6:30 am to
