What You'll Do:

Offer compassionate, nonmedical inhome care tailored to children and adults with developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome and Autism.
Plan and participate in activities that are suitable for the individual's age and abilities, enriching their daily experiences and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Assist with requested essential daily living tasks including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and ensuring the individual's comfort and wellbeing.
Prioritize safety by providing reassurance and peace of mind to families while entrusting us with their loved ones.
Above all, foster a positive and enjoyable environment where both you and the individual you care for can have fun and build meaningful connections.

What We're Looking For:

Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
Authorized to work legally in the United States.
Willing to undergo a comprehensive background check.
Demonstrate alignment with our core values of respect, honesty, and kindness.
Bilingual skills are encouraged but not required.

What We Offer:

Full Time Benefits (requires minimum of 30 hours per week)

Schedules:
Schedules vary, depending on your availability and the locations you are available to travel to

Examples:

Schedule 1:
Mondays 4pm-12am, Tuesdays 7pm-10pm, Wednesdays 4pm-10pm, Thursdays 7pm-12am, Saturdays 9am-3pm, Sundays 9am-4pm

Schedule 2:
Mondays 3pm-6pm, Tuesday 12pm-6pm, Wednesdays 4pm-9pm, Thursdays 12pm

3pm & 5:30pm
8:30pm, Fridays 3pm6pm, Saturdays 11am5pm, Sundays 11am5pm

Schedule 3:
Mondays 3:15pm-6:15pm, Tuesdays 4:00pm

8:00pm, Wednesdays 3:15pm6:15pm, Thursdays 4pm7pm, Fridays 4pm7pm Saturdays 9am12pm, Sundays 3pm6pm
