- Create, enhance, and tune stored procedures.
- Ability to lead and execute throughout all phases of an analytics implementation.
- Ability to communicate with business leaders at all levels of the organization and to translate business requirements into successful ETL and data warehouse solutions.
- Demonstrate a visionary mindset when designing and implementing analytics projects to ensure a scalable, efficient, and accurate BI solution.
- Must have a minimum five to seven years of experience in a business analytics position within an IT department.
- Must have a minimum three to five years developing data warehouse solutions to include DDL creation, source to target mapping, hands on ETL experience, and working knowledge of type 2 dimensions and incremental data loads.
- Must have a minimum three to five years of experience working with stored procedures.
- Must possess a strong understanding of relational data warehouse modeling to include star and snowflake schemas.
- Four-year college degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid understanding of Agile Scrum project management methodologies
- Knowledge of database performance factors, monitoring tools and tuning procedures

Aegion's BI Team is looking for experienced BI professionals with the ability to develop our Enterprise Data Warehouse and Analytics environment.
