Position:
Commissioned (Armed) Security Officer

Job Type:
Part-time, Full-time


Shift and Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed


Pay:
Starting at $17/hour

Requirements:

• Valid Texas DL
• Able to pass background investigation and drug screen
• Must have your own vehicle
• MUST have A CURRENT Level 3 Texas DPS License
• Must HAVE own firearm and full duty gear with a Level 3 holster

Job Duties:

• Active patrol of multifamily properties
• Interaction with persons on the premises or entering the premises
• Using deescalation to defuse situations
• Writing detailed, concise reports, violations & maintenance reports with photos when applicable
• Selfmotivated and performanceoriented

Experience Level: 1 year


Education:

High school or equivalent (required)


Experience:

Armed Security: 1 year (preferred)


License/Certification:
Commissioned Security Officers License (required)


Shift Availability:
Night Shift (required), Overnight Shift (required), Day Shift (preferred)
