Job Description This is a remote role. You must live in NY or CHI to be considered.**We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Account Supervisor to lead our internal client teams and create client relationships across all lines of business. You will report to the Account Director and support a large retail client, with a focus on social media and influencer marketing campaigns. You will play an important role in client relationships, creative and influencer campaign development, and overall daily management while motivating a cross-functional team. We are looking for a proactive person who develops healthy team and client bonds. Someone who excels in a lively environment, loves learning, and prioritizes clear communication.

  • Assume responsibility for most daily client contact and crossfunctional team operations.
  • Find appropriate merchandising moments and identify areas of opportunity to grow the account and increase revenue.
  • Be a gatekeeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Contribute to and/or may develop scopes of work, quarterly business reviews or Account Reviews.
  • Oversee crossdepartment involvement and know when to use necessary resources.
  • Lead majority of client communications, set expectations, and manage quality of deliverables to deadline.
  • Present recommendations & POVs that inspire creativity for the business.
  • Oversee client budget management, the billing process and contributes to forecasting.
  • Assist team leads in all facets necessary.

Qualifications

  • Motivate crossfunctional teamwork towards elevating the bar and delivering businessbased marketing with client satisfaction
  • Get the best work/creative out of the team and sell it to the client
  • A storyteller who can work with/present to any client
  • Follow the tenets of Trusted Advisor to the clients
  • Exhibits indepth knowledge of the client's business
  • Act judiciously when making decisions for the client, the team, and direct reports
  • Lead by example
  • Establish the tone and culture of the team
  • Anticipate & address challenges
  • Conduct themselves with character and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Digital experience preferred
