    Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer with a background in MEP or engineering consulting firms to work on project management and provide engineering leadership.

    Requirements:

    • BSME degree
    • 4-8 years of building design service/MEP experience (construction PM experience not desired)
    • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
    • P.E. License is highly preferred, EIT is acceptable

    Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with the internal team and all external stakeholders for the successful execution of projects
    • Engage and communicate proactively with all project stakeholders to ensure coordinated achievement of project goals
    • Foster an environment that encourages client satisfaction and recurring business opportunities
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Assist in developing training/coaching and mentoring programs
    • Provide engineering leadership to the client and team while ensuring design compliance with regulatory, code, and client requirements
    • Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to assemble teams meeting client and project requirements
    • Monitor project performance focusing on client satisfaction, project success/profitability, risk management, and team effectiveness.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience from an industrial firm (Building life Science, DoD, Health buildings) that isn't working on multi-family homes is preferred but not mandatory.
    Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
