Your responsibilities:

  • Development of electrical high and low voltage wiring harnesses for vehicles
  • Conceptualization and development of wiring diagrams for the vehicle's electrical system
  • Sizing of electrical wires and selection of appropriate fuses
  • Creation of wiring harness drawings and documentation for prototype and series production
  • Research and selection of suitable components from databases and suppliers
  • Collaboration on sample and prototype builds
  • Cross-functional coordination with the design team
  • Coordination and communication with customers, suppliers, and other teams

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering/electronics, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable education, e.g. technician (m/f/d) with professional experience in vehicle electronics/mechatronics
  • Good understanding of mechatronic systems in the overall vehicle
  • Experience with development tools such as LDorado, E3Cable, HarnessXC, EPDM, or similar is desirable
