Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
  • Interact with customers,learn menu, take orders, and serve drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
  • Check customers' identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish restaurant inventory and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the eating area
  • Handle cash transactions using a POS system
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a server in a restaurant or bar setting
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately
  • Ability to handle food safely and responsibly
  • Understanding of brewing techniques is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively
  • Experience in catering or events is advantageous
  • Proficiency in working in a fastpaced restaurant environment within the food industry
  • Basic math skills for calculating bills and handling cash transactions
