Back In Motion Chiropractic & Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time front desk associate to assist the doctors and patients. This position requires 30+ hours/week, Tuesday-Saturday, (see below for specifics).

Located in the heart of Sorrento Valley with easy access to the 5, 805, and 56 freeways, we are an established, fast-paced, patient-centered practice.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
*Providing speedy and efficient customer service
*Operating a multi-line telephone system
*Utilizing management software to ensure patients are scheduled according to their treatment plans (data entry and basic keyboarding skills required)
*Receiving over-the-counter payments for co-pays and deductibles
*Filing, retrieving, and scanning patient charts
*Routing patients to the appropriate treating professional (doctor/therapist)
*Educating patients and potential patients of the benefits of chiropractic care
*Placing patients on various forms of therapy (electrical stimulation/heat/ice/traction units)


Required Availability:
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 12pm-6pm, Wednesday 10am-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm.
Must be available for ALL SHIFTS if applyinga flexible schedule is preferred. Occasional shift changes may be necessary when other staff is sick/on vacation.
