Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to help develop an institute for future studies and higher education.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Pitch Book / Marketing Presentation detailing the objectives of the institute including goals for acquiring board members, fundraising, curriculum design, and program comparisons among other areas.
• Manage budgets as they relate to hiring additional staff, facility management, and developing the educational programs of the institute
• Build out our board of directors for the institute by establishing relationships with highnetworth donors
• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations, with annual targets in the sevenfigure range.
• Develop a curriculum program for the institute and a path to accreditation.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience networking and fundraising with highnetworth clientele
• Experience in managing budgets for organizations or academic programs
• Exceptional verbal, written, speaking and visual communication skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with an innovative approach to business planning
• Dynamic and charismatic team player who enjoys being a spokesperson for the organization

Pay: 1099 contractor


Salary:
Hourly rate equivalent to $100,000 - $120,000 full-time depending on experience
