    Mazevo Coffee Store Manager

    As a Mazevo Store Manager, you will:

    • Manage barista shifts within a 40-hour weekly schedule
    • Ensure the shop maintains its designated operating hours, as any deviation affects profitability
    • Take ownership of the shop's operations and support your team whenever needed
    • Oversee repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities
    • Provide training to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about their roles
    • Introduce new products and ensure team members are well-versed in offerings
    • Lead and supervise the team to ensure everyone excels in their assigned tasks
    • Create schedules three weeks in advance and ensure shift coverage
    • Manage inventory, stock supplies, and oversee food preparation
    • Engage with the local community through events and sponsorships

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
    • Prior experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage sector
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make prompt decisions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
