The State Sports Association North Rhine-Westphalia e.
V. is the umbrella organization for non-profit organized sports in North Rhine-Westphalia. In this function, it represents the interests of sports enthusiasts in approximately sports clubs in NRW.

In the Human Resources department, we support our approximately 400 LSB employees and assist them with all personnel-related matters from entry to exit.

We also handle the billing for over 500 volunteers who support our member organizations and clubs and take on all related tasks.

Do you want to be part of our team? We are looking for a personnel officer (m/f/d) for administrative tasks in the field of voluntary service at our location in Duisburg, starting as soon as possible.

The working hours can be between 19.5 and a maximum of 24 hours per week.

Your tasks:

Maintaining master data and preparing and checking salary statements using P&I LOGA Creating personnel cost statistics Conducting reporting and certification procedures Cooperation with social security institutions, authorities, and internal/external partners Your profile: Completed commercial training, e.g.
