Your future employer is a large German real estate company with approximately 800 employees in the DACH region, offering management services for all types of properties.

The company is well-established in the market with a comprehensive range of services, including commercial property management, and is currently experiencing strong growth.

The focus of this role is on creating utility cost statements for complex commercial and residential properties throughout Germany, as well as working closely with the property management team.

The position is based in the central competence center for property management, located in the southern part of Frankfurt. No business trips required.

Responsibilities:

Creating utility cost statements for complex commercial and residential properties
Preparing data for invoicing by service providers
Reviewing heating and operating cost statements from third parties
Assisting with dispute resolution
Maintaining and verifying property and tenant data
Collaborating closely with the property management team
Invoice coding and verification of chargeable management costs

Qualifications:

Completed training as a real estate agent or equivalent qualification, also suitable for career changers from accounting or similar fields
Previous experience in the real estate industry is desirable
Independent, responsible, flexible, and precise work style
Proactive, dedicated, and strong communication skills
Confident demeanor, resilience, and team spirit
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Experience with SAP is ideal (training in SAP is possible within the company)
