What challenges await you with Marissa?

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing new construction projects, renovations, modernizations, and maintenance in existing buildings, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control.
Your tasks will also include tendering, awarding, and managing subcontractor and supplier services, as well as evaluating them in terms of expertise and economics.

You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.

You have comprehensive knowledge and a secure understanding of building regulations in industrial construction, contract law (BGB, VOB/B), and the HOAI.
You are familiar with relevant regulations and standards (technical norms and regulations).
