Hi everyone, we are looking for a reliable and personable optometric assistant to join our team in our optometric office in Novato.

Job duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, billing, answering phone calls, pre-testing patients, filing, scanning, stocking office supplies and contact lenses, contact lens training, and general cleaning.

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- office/receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

• Office: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Background Check (preferred)
