With around employees throughout the group in more than 50 clinical departments with over 2,500 beds, approximately patients are treated on an inpatient and outpatient basis each year.

The UKHD Controlling Department is responsible for supporting the clinics in optimal planning and management of available resources, as well as preparing decisions to fulfill clinic goals.

The Controlling Department creates relevant reports, is responsible for management methods in healthcare, conducts lnEk case cost calculations, manages the planning process, and regularly reports on these topics to clinic management, department management, and the hospital board.
