Description

JONATHAN BROOKS is looking for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with passion and a clear sense of purpose. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in the industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our processes to cater to our 2,000 existing business clients, expand our client base through referrals and leads, and guide a small team in these endeavors. As you become proficient in our systems and methods, you will evolve into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities in a B2B setting
Supervise team activities and monitor results
Coach and train new team members on established systems
Provide daily reports on field activities via Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and attention to detail
Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
Strong supervision and leadership capabilities
Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
Adaptability to high-paced and occasionally stressful environments
Passion for aiding others and fostering connections
Experience in sales or customer service
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
Community involvement inclination
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background and personal transportation
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
