Description

JONATHAN BROOKS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field. This role offers the exciting opportunity to manage our current client base of 2,000 businesses, while also exploring new business avenues through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be leading a small yet talented team in these endeavors. As you become proficient in our processes, you will transition into the role of Agency Director.

Salary: $70,000-$85,000 annually (1st year average)

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Research new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activities and monitor results
Train and mentor incoming team members on established systems
Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM system
Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

Proven time management skills with a knack for meeting deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively

Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background check and access to personal transportation are essential
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
