WHAT TO EXPECT


As a Merchandise Planner (m/f/d) in the Food department, you will work cross-functionally with sales, our Kitchen Office, and the master data department to establish a completely new purchasing plan.


And these are your other tasks:

  • You are responsible for the complete sales and budget planning for the Food department
  • You are also responsible for controlling F&B costing (e.g. production, gastronomy, Super Fresh)
  • You provide support in short, mid, and longterm pricing, as well as pre and postinventory preparation
  • You keep an eye on the control and evaluation of deductions and marginrelevant settlements (e.g. vouchers, internal events & catering, hospitality, etc.)
  • You analyze F&B systems, including POS, and control internal concession deliveries and settlements
  • In addition, you are responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly F&B cost analyses and for the Food Waste Management department

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have a degree in business administration and at least two years of professional experience in a similar position, for example in the hotel industry or gastronomy
  • You have highly developed analytical skills
  • Your strong communication skills across all levels help you achieve your goals even in challenging situations
  • You show a high level of commitment, are a team player, and can work independently
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel and common Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
