Job Overview:
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback
- Support employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns, and assisting with conflict management
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Assist with HR projects as assigned, such as policy development or implementation of new HR systems
Qualifications:
- Related field experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in human resources or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Project management skills
