What to expect

  • Technical support tasks: Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees / Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems / Ensuring the smooth functioning of networks and communication facilities / Identifying and implementing solutions for technical challenges.
  • Functional support tasks: Assisting with the use of specialized applications and software solutions / Training employees on IT procedures and best practices / Coordinating with internal departments to understand and implement technical requirements.
  • Customer communication: Point of contact for inquiries and problem reports / Clarifying user questions and providing helpful information / Capturing requirements for continuous improvements to IT systems
