Job Requirements:
- Complete work orders of various types including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, appliances and make readies.
- Provide assistance with apartment turnovers, as directed.
- Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean, free of debris, and properly maintained.
- Maintain swimming pool.
- Responsible for being On-Call and respond appropriately to emergencies, according to policies and procedures.
- Consistently demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Communicate with the Community Manager regarding any problems with maintenance or curb appeal that requires further attention.
Applicant Requirements:
- One (1) year experience in previous property management maintenance
- Must possess strong communication and attention to detail
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
- EPA Type II or above (HVAC) Certification required, or willingness to obtain
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) required, or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for oncall emergencies
- Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Experience:
Multifamily Property Maintenance: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- CPO Certification (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Austin, TX 78758: Relocate before starting work (required)
