Work Schedule:
Schedule: M-F, some Saturdays. 9p-5:30a. Training during the day shift as needed


Wages:
$23-25 Depending on Experience


Hours Per Week:
Full Time - 40+

  • Collect samples from influent flow, effluent flow and operation basins to meet permit requirements and assess system performance.
  • Maintain accurate data records on operational parameters, daily activities, maintenance and collected samples for compliance reporting and operational analysis.
  • Trouble shoot and repair all equipment in the wastewater treatment plant with the cooperation of maintenance department staff.
  • Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
  • Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Responsible for food safety, prerequisite programs and food quality related to designated area. Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); read and write proficiently in English, proven mechanical experience in related mechanical (or auto) required.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk, talk and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to focus.


Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is exposed to warm and humid conditions. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration; occasionally fumes or chemicals and electricity. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
