Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Experienced and Senior Quality Production Specialist (level 3 & 4) to support Quality Investigations team and new statement of work in Renton & Everett, Washington.
This job posting is for 737 Quality Investigations (QAI) to support both Renton and Everett locations for shift 1 and shift 2.
Training will be in Renton for all positions.As an Experienced and Senior Quality Production Specialist, will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards are met throughout the production process.
The main responsibilities will include conducting investigations, analyzing data, identifying root causes of quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Position Responsibilities:
Provides guidance for reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements.
Oversees the analysis and evaluation of the quality of products, operations and processes.
Guides the review of production plans.
Applies advanced knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems.
Guides or provides assistance in the root cause analysis of nonconformance.Verifies the accuracy of analysis results by consulting with other authorities in the technical field.
Establishes process and product improvements by implementing technical initiatives.
Oversees the process of problem resolution to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Provides oversight of the corrective/preventive action plans to assure timely completion.
Reviews and oversees approval of Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes.
Provides direction for validation of corrective action to assure causes of nonconformance has been eliminated.
Monitors the groups' performance of the verification activity.
Creates formal analytical reports and coordinates with the responsible parties for internal/external distribution.
Works under minimal direction and is responsible for training and mentoring lower level technicians.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems.3+ years of experience performing Quality Material Review Board (MRB).3+ years of experience with conducting quality investigations, Root Cause analysis and implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of experience with systematic problem-solving skills.3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor + 1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor + 4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
