$ $25.00 per hour
Benefits:

- Inspect the buildings for proper adherence to the North Oak System
- Oversee onsite manager personnel
- Submit maintenance requests to the office
- Post notices (24Hour Notices, Rent Increase, etc.) as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic construction knowledge
- Experience in property management (residential, commercial & industrial)
- Valid California driver's license
- Bonus: Spanish speaking
