• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Follow guidelines for food presentation and serving
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Upsell and promote additional products or specials to customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

• Experience in the food industry, preferably as a barista or in a similar role
• Prepares varieties of coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as expresso, café con leche, colada, café latte, and cappuccino, etc...
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
• Basic math skills for calculating orders, handling money, and making change accurately
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and techniques
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
• Fully Bilingual ( Spanish, English)
