We are currently looking for a locksmith, electrician, or warehouse specialist (m/f/d) to join our successful family-owned company, which specializes in mixing tools for the construction industry. This is a temporary position with the goal of permanent employment.

Foreman (m/f/d) for production

Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring of production times and addressing any deviations
  • Quality responsibility and documentation of serial production
  • Handling of equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting
  • Participation in projects and maintenance of key figures
  • Training of new employees and creation of work instructions, as well as instruction of employees

Your qualifications

  • Technical education (metal/electrical/logistics)
  • Previous experience in production is desirable
  • Forklift license with good driving experience required
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook...)
  • Thorough and independent work ethic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of German (spoken and written)
