This position is long-term temporary.


This position entails executive assistant, administrative and project management support services primarily to the CEO and other senior leaders in the executive suite at Richmond University Medical Center.


The position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, self motivation, and ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.

Must be detail, goal and process-oriented and relate cooperatively and effectively with co-workers and colleagues. The highest level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality are expected.


Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan ahead, and initiate activities critical to the department and organization.

Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, make travel and conference arrangements with accurate attention to detail.


The assistant will interact on a regular basis with Board members, especially with Board Chair, and will be responsible for the minutes of Board meetings, as well as all preparation for this and any related meetings.


Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED required. Associates or higher level degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years office experience supporting a senior level executive in a fast paced large organization preferred or other relevant experience.

Knowledge of departmental database software, including demonstrated advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and typing of 60 wpm required.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required.


Other Information:
Testing is required for: 2010 Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, typing and Customer Service skills.


Salary Range:
$85,000 - $90,000
