We are looking for a part-time
Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to work closely with our Clinical Director in managing and supervising our clinical team.

Currently, we are searching for a
board-approved LCSW-C supervisor to provide clinical social work supervision.

Our clinical and executive staff collaborate as a team, to ensure our Mental Health Clinical Supervisors have the support they need to provide the best client care and lead the clinical team

Maximum of 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that clinical staff follow the policies and procedures as laid out in the organization's policies and procedures manual.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures adhere to COMAR, HIPPA, and ethical standards.
• Work with Clinical Director to monitor client population for challenging cases, potential relapses, or mental health issues requiring a high level of care. Keep Clinical Director informed of any of these situations.
• Monitor clinical workflow (i.e. changes in level of care, treatment planning, note writing and discharges to be sure all are done in a specified time period)
• Suggest program and process improvements
• Manage a caseload of 810 LMSWs
• Oversee new clinician training.
• Strive to improve quality by constantly working with staff to improve professionalism, skills, and ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


Experience:
Counseling 3 years (preferred)


Education:
Master's (required)


License:
LCSW-C (required)


Licensure:
Must be a board-approved LCSW-C supervisor


Compensation:

$75.00 per clinical hour (50 minutes of supervision and 10 minutes of reviewing notes).
