    Role Overview:


    The Electrical Controls Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, testing, troubleshooting, and modifying software for production electro-mechanical equipment.

    This remote position requires a strong focus on software and electrical technology, with proficiency in Siemens Step 7 and related programming tools.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop innovative electrical and controls system design solutions based on engineering principles.
    Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to installation and operation.
    Proactively identify and resolve operational problems to minimize delays and unexpected cost increases.
    Ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements for all completed work.
    Interpret operational interruptions, address design parameters, and implement accurate solutions in a timely manner.

    Required Experience and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
    3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical controls engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    Proficiency in MS Office suite, Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and AutoCAD Electrical.

    Strong fundamental knowledge of control and electrical system design, including the specification of vision, power, sensor, inspection, and communications systems.

    Ability to effectively manage and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
