The Associate Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the needs of our client, which directly impacts patient health and overall well-being.
This position is part of the Service Organization, located in Los Angeles area and will be supporting a territory around that region.

Moving healthcare forward is our passion and what we do every day.You will be a part of the Field Service Engineer Team and report to the Field ServiceManager responsible for troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs on Beckman Coulter equipment.

Under moderate direction from Field Service Leadership and Mentors , complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and service repair needs on Beckman Coulter equipment including providing excellent and efficient service to Beckman Coulter's customers, along with technical training on products.
Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times.
Utilize business systems such as OBI, Sales Force, and SharePoint for Service Call P lanning and advancing team goalsC ommunicate with various levels of internal and external customers, recognizing and addressing the ir unique needsThe essential requirements of the job include:0-1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentationAbility to travel ( provid ing service in an assigned geography and periodic travel to other areas / overnight ) and lift up to 50 lbs.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Associate degree (prefer technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or related) or equivalent military experience3+ years' experience of advanced trouble shootingD evelop ing relationship s with internal and external customers to foster positive partnership and enhance likelihood of customer satisfaction and retention.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus and OT.We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
