Experienced K-9 Handlers
Patrol K-9 Handler Courses available for non-experienced applicants
Next course begins soon

Applicants must be:


  • At least 21 years old
  • A high school graduate or equivalent

Applicants must possess:


  • Verifiable experience as a K9 Handler
    Preferred
  • A valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)
  • A 20 hour basic security certificate

Applicants must be able to:


  • Pass a drug screening
  • Pass a psychological evaluation
  • Pass a required background check
  • Pass a physical examination
