The HSE Recruitment Network is working exclusively with a dynamic, inspiring, and forward-thinking manufacturing company in search of a HSE Specialist to oversee EHS at their facility in Leipzig, Germany.

As a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist, you will be the expert in occupational safety, health, and environmental protection.

You will play a crucial role in implementing measures to ensure all relevant aspects are addressed.

You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate closely with production management and purchasing to evaluate processes and prioritize occupational safety, health, and environmental concerns.

This is a hands-on, independent position with a focus on developing EHS standards, culture, and ensuring compliance.

The factory is set to open by the end of the year and will be the largest of its kind, providing a unique opportunity for you to stand out.

You will have the chance to join during the operational phase and implement strong processes from the beginning, driving the right behaviors and embedding them into the safety culture.

You will have a significant role in ensuring the safe fit-out, installation, and commissioning of the facility and equipment.
