Job Description

1. Responsible for overall market retail expense budget control in the Kasota region, as well as overall cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

2. Responsible for financial budget forecasting, FP&A, channel and expense management for small countries in the Western Europe region, including the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of financial work experience.

2. Strong communication skills, with English as the working language and fluent in German.

Responsibilities:


• Act as the finance business partner and main point of contact for marketing and retail teams in the Kasota region.


• Work closely with marketing and retail departments to monitor annual expense budget usage.


• Conduct monthly financial analysis for marketing and retail expenses, and effectively communicate and explain complex financial and operational issues to a diverse audience.


• Understand the different types of expenses (fixed, variable, semi-variable, etc.) in the marketing and retail departments and work with the business team to drive efficiency and cost savings.


• Optimize sales expense processes and provide guidance to ensure compliance with internal and external operations.
